Development of innovation networks

The informal transfer of knowledge between employees throughout the entire innovation process is a critical success factor for businesses. Additionally, active participation of businesses in R&D networks (together with universities, research institutes, suppliers and customers) are key drivers for the development of an innovation strategy. With the Network Training for Managers we respond to both key factors and offer an approach to network thinking on a managerial level. 

Objectives and contents

This training addresses the need to develop organisational networks. It provides structured management approaches for the systematic development and management of departmental, divisional or organisation-wide innovation teams and networks. The training is based on key elements for the complexity management.
