Introduction and use of creativity methods

Divergent thinking – a prerequisite for idea finding – is facilitated by creativity techniques. However, as project teams or team members generally complete individual work packages, they do not look at a project as a whole and are therefore not able to identify different phases of the idea generation and evaluation process.
