With our training module Innovation Management for Managers we deliver a set of methods that help you operate your innovation processes more successfully.

Objectives and contents

With this training we aim to provide an overview of processes, methods, and tools used to underpin the innovation process. You will be able to apply these methods and concepts to which you were introduced. In a series of short workshops you extend your understanding through self directed learning and develop your individual implementation concept.
