Pumacy Technologies at HUMAV 2009
Strategies for long-term retention of engineering knowledge will be a major part of Pumacy’s contribution to HUMAV conference
From June 10-11, 2009 Pumacy Technologies AG attends the Human Resource in Aviation conference (HUMAV) 2009 in Berlin. Long-term knowledge retention of engineering knowledge and the advancement and exchange of knowledge will be in the centre of Pumacy’s conference speech.
“The aerospace industry provides complex goods with long product life cycles,” states Dr. Lars Langenberg, CTO of Pumacy Group. “A long-term strategy for knowledge retention of engineering knowledge – especially if economical growth declines – is essential to provide long-term services and support.
HUMAV is organized by the Wildau Insitute of Technology (WIT), which is associated with the Wildau University of Applied Sciences and Lufthansa Technical Training (LTT). HUMAV aims to provide a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas for long-term strategies for those involved in human resource management.
