Pumacy and trimedes LifeScience combine its core competencies within joint venture for the sector of Life Sciences

Pumacy Technologies AG, Bernburg based knowledge management solution provider, and trimedes LifeScience holder Frank Heinemann today announced the creation of the joint venture company Intakt LifeSciences GmbH to strengthen their business portfolios.

Trimedes LifeScience, based in Unterschleißheim, provides consulting and IT-services to the Life Science sector with special focus on quality and process management for drug development. Pumacy Technologies AG is a solution provider for knowledge, process and innovation management. By combining their strategies into one coherent portfolio trimedes LifeScience and Pumacy Technologies intend to provide their customers with new services and products.

Industry knowledge on the one side and technology skills and expertise on the other side allow to create customized solutions for process related quality management, knowledge management and innovation management as well as for document management and team collaboration.
